- Client Services: team members in this area excel at empathy; listening deeply to understand clients’ unique situations; presenting data-rich material in engaging, fun ways; and efficiently implementing client solutions.
- Data and Technology: team members in this area excel at working with large sets of data; managing and developing technology infrastructure; and product development. Typical skills include SQL, Alteryx, Tableau Prep, Tableau, R, Python, SPSS, and machine learning.
- Research and Thought Leadership: team members in this area excel at probing data for insight; interviewing leaders in the field for webinars and podcasts; writing; and developing stellar presentations. Team members in this area typically have deep expertise in higher education. They often work in client services as well.
- Sales: team members in this area excel at moving our products into the hands of those who can most benefit from it. Our approach centers on cultivating relationships, building community, and pursuing a collaborative approach around developing shared insights and helping clients achieve their goals.
