While launching carefully selected new programs is a cornerstone of any college or university’s growth strategy, managing current programs is arguably more important for the life of the institution. Which programs at your institution truly have wings, and should be considered for additional investment? Which should be prioritized for improving quality, or attractiveness, to capture unrealized growth potential? Which programs should be looked at for potential downsizing or divestment, to free up your resources for higher-demand opportunities? And which are fine as they are?
